Children's Bureau Designates NCFSA as Health Region 3 Grantee
Press Release: The National Council For Adoption (NCFA) is pleased to announce that the Children’s Bureau has designated NCFA as the grantee for Health Region 3, which includes Delaware, Washington, DC, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and West Virginia. The Infant Adoption Training Initiative Partners were awarded a third grant cycle in October of 2006, which continues the IATI Program across the nation and US Territories for the next five years. The first grants were awarded in 2001 for 3 years and then again in 2004 for another 2 years. Over 21,872 individuals have attended 1,256 trainings held throughout the nation.
